Editorial policy
The rules that sit between a source and a public claim
TrustGLP1's job is not to make uncertain information sound finished. It is to show what is known, where it came from, how current it is, and where the page stops.
Source requirements
- Clinical and regulatory facts begin with direct primary or official sources.
- Exact records support exact claims; a database homepage is not enough when a specific record exists.
- Provider pages may support the provider's own price or program claim, clearly identified as such.
- Search snippets, generated summaries, and unsourced competitor copy do not become citations.
- Material limitations and source conflicts remain visible.
Drafting and automation
Automation may assist with source organization, structured extraction, drafting, validation, and change detection. It does not approve publication, create credentials, resolve a clinical conflict, or convert an unsupported statement into a fact.
Governed pages require named human sign-off appropriate to the claim type. The review record must show what was reviewed and when.
Commercial content
Commercial comparison fields are defined before partner payouts are considered. Every provider gets the same core fields, including disadvantages and unclear details. Sponsored links are marked, and the relevant relationship is disclosed before the action.
A provider cannot pay to remove a verified material fact, purchase an editorial conclusion, or receive a better organic position.
Headlines, snippets, and answer blocks
Titles and first-screen answers should be concrete, but not more certain than the record. A date-sensitive number carries an “as of” or checked date. A conditional price is not shortened into an unconditional promise merely because the shorter version earns a better click.
Review status
Each health-adjacent page displays whether it received medical review. “Medically reviewed” is reserved for a page approved by a named credentialed reviewer. Editorial review, source checks, automated validation, and medical review are distinct states.
Updates and removals
Material updates are dated. Volatile price and commercial records require frequent checks. When a claim cannot be reverified, the page should show the uncertainty, remove the affected datum, archive the context, or be withdrawn after human review. An elapsed date alone does not silently rewrite history.
Corrections
Corrections are evaluated against public evidence, recorded, and reflected on the affected page.
